These Subscription & Auto-Replenishment Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the subscription purchasing option made available by Persist Glam Beauty (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”) through www.Persist Glam Beauty.com (the “Site”). By selecting a subscription option and completing a purchase, you (“Customer,” “you,” “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
Welcome to the Persist Glam Beauty Subscription Program—the easiest way to keep your skincare routine stocked and save while you do it.
By subscribing to any eligible product on our website, you agree to the following terms.
1. Subscription Program Policy Overview
The Company offers a recurring delivery option for certain eligible products designated on the Site (the “Subscription Program”). Subscription orders will be processed automatically at the frequency selected by the customer at the time of purchase or as later modified by the customer through their account settings, where available.
2. Delivery Frequencies and Subscription Discounts
For eligible subscription products, the Company currently offers the following delivery schedules and corresponding discounts applied to the subscription item price:

3. Authorization to Charge Payment Method; Billing Timing
By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize the Company to charge your selected payment method for each recurring order, including applicable taxes and shipping (if any). Subscription orders are typically billed 1–3 days before shipment. If a payment method cannot be charged successfully, the company may suspend, delay, or cancel the subscription until updated payment information is provided.
4. Free Shipping Policy
The Company may offer free standard shipping based on the order subtotal (before taxes), subject to the thresholds displayed on the Site at checkout or on the Company’s shipping policy page. As of the effective date, free shipping may be offered for qualifying orders within the following ranges:

Orders $50–$100+ may qualify for free shipping, depending on current promotions and the shipping destination.
Free shipping eligibility may exclude expedited shipping services and may be limited to certain geographic locations. The company reserves the right to modify shipping rates, methods, and eligibility requirements at any time.
5. Holiday Promotions (October–February)
From October 1 through February 28, with the Fall Subscription Plan and Winter Subscription Plan, the company may offer other seasonal weekly sales promotions ranging from 10% to 50% off on all products or selected products, as specified in the promotion terms at the time of the offer. Promotional availability, discount levels, eligible items, and dates are determined solely by the company and may vary by campaign.
6. Discount Stacking; Priority of Discounts
Unless expressly stated otherwise, subscription discounts may not be combined with additional discount codes, promotional codes, or sitewide promotions. If multiple discounts are available, the Company may apply the single highest eligible discount to the order at its discretion. Shipping promotions may be subject to separate rules.
7. Changes, Skips, Pauses, and Cancellations
Where account management functionality is available, customers may modify, skip, pause, or cancel subscription deliveries through their account prior to the next billing date. Changes must be submitted before the next order process. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to the company’s return and refund policy.
8. Returns and Refunds
Subscription purchases are subject to the company’s returns and refunds policy posted on the site. Any refund issued will be based on the amount paid after discounts, not the full retail price.
9. Product Availability; Substitutions; Pricing Changes
All subscriptions are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock or discontinued, the company may delay shipment, cancel the item, or suspend the subscription. Product prices and subscription discounts may change at any time. Continued participation in the Subscription Program after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing and/or terms.
